October 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has carried out the state registration of the local branch of Azerbaijan Uzbek Investment Joint Venture LLC (Baku office).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Tax Service that the legal address of the branch is 62 Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, Nasimi district, Baku, and its legal representative is Pasha Yolchiyev.

The Azerbaijani-Uzbek investment company was registered in Tashkent in December 2023. The strategic goal of the joint venture is to promote the production of import-substituting and high-tech products, increase trade turnover between the two countries, develop processing industries and innovations, and attract foreign investments.
