October 14, Fineko/abc.az. In Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, along with civilian and residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, roads, tunnels, hydraulic structures and cultural monuments are being restored, and land reclamation measures are being taken.

ABC.AZ reports that Ilgar Isbatov, deputy chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, made this statement during his speech at the 30th anniversary Azerbaijan international construction exhibition BakuBuild and exhibition Rebuild Karabakh-2025.

According to Isbatov, Azerbaijani builders and engineers are mainly involved in carrying out these works.

"We also apply foreign experience, but most of the work is the result of the work of Azerbaijani specialists," Isbatov said.

He recalled that the territories liberated from occupation have been declared a "green zone", and all construction work is being conducted here in accordance with the goal of zero carbon emissions.

Isbatov added that along with Baku, Sumgait, Ganja and other cities, construction work is actively underway in all regions of the country.

He also informed about the work to be carried out in the capital on the basis of the approved master plan:

"Large construction sites, construction of new residential complexes, public and civil buildings are planned in different parts of the city. In this regard, the exhibition is of particular importance both for the presentation of current achievements and for the discussion of future projects," Isbatov emphasized.
