October 15, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 9 months of 2025, the country produced 38.2 bcm of natural gas.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Ministry of Energy, 10.2 bcm of gas accounted for Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, 20.9 bcm for Shah Deniz, 1.2 bcm for Absheron, and 5.9 bcm for SOCAR.

Gas exports abroad during this period totaled 18.3 bcm. Of them, 9.4 bcm come from Europe, 7.3 bcm from Turkey (including 4.3 bcm from TANAP) and about 1.6 bcm from Georgia.

Since the commissioning of fields Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz until October 1, 2025, nearly 665.1 million tons of oil (together with gas condensate) and 497.7 bcm of gas have been produced.

Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli produced 613.6 million tons of oil and 240 bcm of gas, while Shah Deniz produced approx. 51.5 million tons of condensate and 257.7 bcm of gas. During this period, 663 million tons of oil and 185.7 bcm of gas were exported.
