October 16, Fineko/abc.az. Another 900 families will return to their permanent residence in the city of Aghdam in November.

ABC.AZ informs that Azerbaijani President’s Special Representative in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend districts Emin Huseynov made this statement at the III National Urban Planning Forum (NUFA3).

According to Huseynov, this process continues both in Khydyrli and in Khojavand.

He added that restoration and reconstruction work in the liberated territories is carried out on the basis of a unified concept of the Master Plan.

"It is a great pride to witness the processes taking place over the past 5 years, to be part of the process of rebuilding Karabakh," Huseynov said.
