October 17, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijan exported 107,486.1 tons of crude oil to India.
The cost of production in this volume reached $53.534 million, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee.
The volume of exported products decreased 10.2-fold versus Jan-Sept 2024, and the cost decreased 12.8-fold.
The share of crude oil exported to India in Azerbaijan’s overall oil exports was 0.6%.
Azerbaijan resumed crude oil supplies to India in August of this year after a 10-month break. In August, Azerbaijan exported 1.747 million tons of crude oil to India for $781,500.
According to customs declarations for Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijan exported 16.996 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products from bituminous rocks for totally $8.938 bn.
Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $35.376 bn. Of the foreign trade turnover, $18.606 bn accounted for exports and $16.769 bn for imports.
