October 24, Fineko/abc.az. It is planned to hold a competition in Azerbaijan to lease agricultural land to business entities in liberated districts Zangilan, Gubadli, Aghdam and Aghdere, ABC.AZ informs, quoting Deputy Minister of Agriculture Ilham Gadimova.

She recalled that since September 1, in accordance with the presidential decree, a tender procedure has been announced for the lease of more than 4,000 hectares of land to entrepreneurs in the de-occupied districts Khojavend, Khojaly and Lachin: "The acceptance of documents ended on October 15. To date, 68 applications have been registered."

The deputy minister stressed that the proposals are evaluated by a special competition commission: "Following the competition, a decision will be made on the provision of land plots for lease to selected participants."
