November 4, Fineko/abc.az. Average annual GDP growth of Azerbaijan in 2022-2025 is projected at the level of 3.3%.

ABC.AZ informs that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov made this statement during the discussion of the Draft State Budget 2026 in the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.

According to Jabbarov, both external and internal factors were taken into account when preparing the draft budget for next year: "Uncertainty remains in the global economy. Against this background, Azerbaijan has been experiencing steady development this year. Taking into account the expected growth rates in 2025, average annual GDP growth in 2022-25 is projected at 3.3%. This growth is fully supported by the non-oil and gas sector. Average annual GDP growth in the non-oil/gas sector over a four-year period is expected to be 6.1%. This indicator is higher than the goal defined in the strategy (socio-economic development of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026 - ed.)".
