November 4, Fineko/abc.az. Amancio Ortega, who is the founder of clothing store chain Inditex, which owns brands Zara and Bershka, has topped the list of the richest people in Spain.

ABC.AZ informs that this is evidenced by the ranking of the 100 richest subjects of the kingdom, published by Forbes.

According to its data, the 89-year-old majority shareholder's fortune is estimated at €109.9 billion, although it has decreased by €10.3 billion compared to 2024. The 2nd place is occupied by the daughter of the founder of Inditex, Sandra Ortega (€10 billion). She is followed by Rafael del Pino Calvo-Sotelo (€8 billion), chairman of Ferrovial, a company operating in the transport and mobile infrastructure sector.
