Toyota increased profits, but shares fell for concerns about impact of duties

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. In the second fiscal quarter, Toyota's net profit rose to 932 billion yens ($6.07 billion) from 573.7 billion a year earlier, and revenue increased by 8.2% up to 12.38 trillion yens.

ABC.AZ reports that despite growth in performance, company's shares in Tokyo fell by 3.65% because of forecasts of greater impact of US duties, which Toyota estimated at 1.45 trillion yens by the end of the year.
