November 6, Fineko/abc.az. In Nakhchivan, 100 percent of employee social insurance contributions will be subsidized from the State Budget.
ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Social Insurance, discussed at today’s meeting of the Pparliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
According to the amendment, mandatory state social insurance contributions paid by policyholders who are residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, belong to the non-governmental sector and in accordance with the classification of economic activities approved by the body (structure) determined by the relevant executive authority engaged in direct activities in the field of production, including processing and production (with the exception of the oil and gas industry), will be subsidized from the State Budget in the following parts and terms:
From January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2029, 100 percent of social insurance contributions will be paid from the State Budget.
From January 1, 2029 to January 1, 2032, 80 percent of social insurance contributions will be subsidized.
From January 1, 2032 to January 1, 2034, 60 percent of social insurance contributions will be reimbursed by the State.
From January 1, 2034 to January 1, 2036, 40 percent of social insurance contributions will be paid by the State.
