November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani citizens will be able to receive VAT refunds paid for services in hairdressers, beauty salons and cosmetology centers.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the draft budget package for 2026.

In this regard, it is planned to amend the Tax Code. According to the amendments discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, the procedure for refunding VAT paid to consumers who are individuals for services provided by hairdressers, beauty salons and cosmetology centers will be determined by the body (institution) chosen by the relevant executive authority.
