November 6, Fineko/abc.az. For the first 9 months of this year, 159 million barrels were exported via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline (6 million barrels, or 4.2% less against 3 quarters of 2024), ABC.AZ informs with reference to BP-Azerbaijan’s report, published jointly with partners on the results of Q3 of 2025.
For comparison, for the 2024 same term, exports totaled nearly 166 million barrels (a drop of 4.2% year-on-year).
In the 3rd quarter, the shipment of oil and gas from fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) and Shah Deniz continued via underwater pipelines to the Sangachal Terminal.
The daily capacity of Terminal's technical processing systems currently stands at 1.2 million barrels of oil and condensate, roughly 81 million standard cubic meters of gas from Shah Deniz field, and overall gas processing and export capacity (including ACG associated gas) is close to 100 million standard cubic meters per day.
