November 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the Procedure for conducting investment operations of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, approved by decree dated May 31, 2018.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the head of state signed a new decree.

Under the decree, Agency's free financial resources are invested in financial instruments only by a licensed person, based on a decision of Agency's Board of Directors provided for by the Law on the Securities Market. This removed the requirement to conclude a purchase & sale agreement in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement.
