ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Sahil Babayev made the relevant statement during the discussion of the Draft Law on State Budget 2026 at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committees on Legal Policy & State Building, on Defense, Security and Anti-Corruption, on Human Rights, and Regional Issues held today.

"During each year, 50% of the funds collected from the taxes indicated in the forecast are included in the section of their funds and expenses for the needs of the district. Our districts are actively using this mechanism," the minister said.
