November 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan discussed possible areas of partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) and Baku Shipbuilding Plant LLC, as well as prospects for attracting private investors to these companies in the future, ABC.AZ informs, citing Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev in his account on X.

"We met with Vibke Schlomer, IFC Director for the Western Balkans and the South Caucasus. During the meeting, we provided detailed information about the activities of the companies belonging to AZCON Holding and the projects they are implementing. We discussed issues of mutual interest related to the development of the Middle Corridor and the Caspian Sea crossings," the minister said.

He added that the parties are also exchanging views on possible areas of partnership in the field of public transport and air transport.
