November 19, Fineko/abc.az. There is great potential for further acceleration of economic growth in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications (CAERC) Vusal Gasimli stated about this at the 9th International Banking Forum in Baku.

He noted that the presence of shortage of output at the macro level shows that there are opportunities to accelerate economic growth.

According to Gasimli, the main direction that will stimulate economic growth is the investment line.

"In this context, work is underway on a socio-economic development Strategy for 2027-2030, and the document provides for capital investments of more than 10 billion manats. In addition, it is planned to invest 13.2 billion manats in 2027-2030 as part of the big impact program," Gasimli said.
