November 25, Fineko/abc.az. To date, loans in the amount of 678 million manats have been given to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs on preferential terms under the guarantees of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (AMCGF), of which 124 million manats accounted for Jan-Nov 2025.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the AMCGF, it is planned the creation of more than 6,000 new jobs for projects financed through loans given to entrepreneurs through guarantees and interest subsidies.

At the same time, according to the decree from August 24, 2022, in order to increase the availability of financial resources for micro and small entrepreneurs, as well as issuing companies operating in the non-oil sector, the range of business support tools has been expanded and two new tools applied - securing the loan portfolio for loans received by entrepreneurs in in manats, as well as mechanisms for securing the obligations of issuers (entrepreneurs) on bonds.
