December 4, Fineko/abc.az. An agreement worth 1.7 million manats has been signed for the renovation of an apartment building in Khojavand.

ABC.AZ informs that the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend districts conducted the purchase of an apartment building in the city of Khojavend in connection with the renovation work.

IQ Mining LLC became the winner of the competition for the renovation of a 70-apartment building with total area of 4,900 m2.

The project cost is 1,686,977.25 manats.
