December 5, Fineko/abc.az. On December 5, 2025, massive disruptions in Internet services are recorded worldwide because of a serious internal failure in the infrastructure of Cloudflare, one of the key providers of network technologies.

ABC.AZ reports that the company has officially confirmed the "internal degradation of services", which has led to widespread disruptions in a wide variety of areas.

The extent of the incident is also highlighted by the fact that Downdetector monitoring platform was also unavailable. The failure was not limited to a single country or region: the disruption affected dozens of popular services around the world. X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Discord have stopped uploading feeds or connecting to servers, and Canva and Notion are unavailable to a significant portion of users. The AI tools ChatGPT and Perplexity cannot generate responses. Spotify and Letterboxd are reporting massive access failures. The websites of the Upbit and Coinbase exchanges stopped working, and even some of SpaceX's operational services were unavailable.
