December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, the amount of VAT paid on the purchase of residential and non-residential premises in Azerbaijan exceeded 28 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs that in 11 months of the year, VAT amounted to 28.26 million manats.

According to the rule of the State Tax Service, individuals are reimbursed 30% of the VAT they paid for the residential and non-residential area they purchased upon non-cash payment (in cashless form).

If to look at the figures for Jan-Nov 2025, then in general speech is about VAT paid to the state on non-cash transactions in the amount of 94.2 million manats.

Thus, taking into account the 18% VAT, we can say that for the past 11 months of 2025, the non-cash operating turnover amounted to 524 million manats.
