December 10, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Energy Georgia, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan's SOCAR, took the 1st place among the companies that attracted the largest volume of foreign direct investments in Georgia.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the National Statistics Service of Georgia for Q3 of this year that Selfie Mobile is in 2nd place and IDEA Borjomi Georgia - 3rd place, along with IDEA Borjomi Beverages Company Georgia Branch. Top 10 also includes: Magticom, TAV Urban Georgia, Poti Sea Port Corporation, Geosteel, Lomisi, Georgia Cement, Mina.

In the 3rd quarter of 2025, the largest source of foreign direct investments in Georgia was: USA - $93.5 million, Spain - $72.1 million, Turkey - $70 million.

The most attractive sectors for investments were: real estate - $91.7 million (17.2%), transport - $79.8 million (15%), water supply and waste management - $71.5 million (13.4%), manufacturing - $68.3 million, information & communication sector - $54.5 million.
