December 12, Fineko/abc.az. The sphere of activity of persons who are not subject to state duty is expanding in Azerbaijan.
ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, new articles are being added to the Laws on State Duty and on the State Register of Real Estate.
The relevant bill is included in the agenda of the Milli Majlis plenary session to be held on December 16.
According to the new article, persons who have a disability in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of the country, the events of January 20, 1990, military service (including service at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant), as well as persons with the status of a martyr's family, are not charged state fees for certain services and legal actions.
It was noted that these services relate to provision of documents concerning the state registration of property rights and other proprietary rights to real estate.
