December 15, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Sept 2025, foreign direct investments from the Russian Federation to Azerbaijan amounted to $181.208 million ($83.316 million, or 1.8-fold more), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The share of investments from Russia in overall foreign direct investments in Azerbaijan for the year under review was 3.8%.

Azerbaijan, in turn, invested $38.923 million in the Russian economy in the first 9 months of this year ($11.563 million or 42.3% more against Jan-Sept 2024).

The share of Azerbaijani investments in Russia in overall foreign direct investments made up 1.9%.

In the first 9 months of 2024, foreign direct investments from Russia to Azerbaijan amounted to $97.892 million, and investments from Azerbaijan to this country -  $27.36 million.
