Amazon launches new credit line for sellers

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. Amazon, together with fintech company Slope, with the support of JPMorgan Chase, has launched a quick loan program for independent sellers in the U.S.

ABC.AZ informs that entrepreneurs will be able to apply for a reusable credit line directly through their accounts on the platform with an online application and an instant solution.

The funds can be used for the purchase of goods, replenishment of warehouses, advertising and current expenses. Sellers with at least a year of Amazon experience and annual revenue of over $100,000 will be able to participate.

The company notes that the program will simplify access of small and medium-sized businesses to financing and increase the flexibility of sellers. Amid the news, Amazon shares fell 1.61% to $222.54.
