January 9th, Fineko/abc.az. Senator Lindsey Graham said that Congress may consider a bill on primary and secondary sanctions against Russia as early as next week.

ABC.AZ reports that the initiative is aimed at increasing pressure on Moscow and will potentially also affect China, India and Brazil, major buyers of Russian oil.

The draft, among other things, provides for measures against Russian oil exports and the introduction of import duties of up to 500% for buyer countries.
