January 14, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the bilateral agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the principles of humanism, 4 people were transferred to Armenia – Vagif Khachaturian, Gevorg Sujyan, David Davtyan and Viken Eulcekcian, who were found guilty under various articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan and were serving their sentences in our country.

ABC.AZ reports that this process is also one of the practical results of the established peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The rights of the transferred persons during their detention in Azerbaijan are fully secured, their health and conditions of detention comply with international standards. Before being sent to Armenia, they underwent a medical examination, and it was established that their health was normal.

Vagif Khachaturian, whose health condition was unsatisfactory, received all the necessary medical care and was under constant medical supervision.
