January 19, Fineko/abc.az. Changes have been made in cases where the workplace and the average salary of employees are maintained.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the document amending to the Labor Code, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

Previously, when participating in military and special training camps to perform duties related to military duty, as well as in other military activities to which military commissariats were involved within their powers, as well as when sending on a business trip in connection with military transport duties, the employee retained his place of work and average salary.

In accordance with the law document, when participating in military exercises, inspections, special training camps and other events, attracted by the body (institution), determined by the relevant executive authority in accordance with their areas of activity to perform duties related to military awards (military registration, training in special military specialties, medical examination of conscripts, events, aimed at ensuring martial law, etc.), as well as during the performance of the workplace and the average salary of the employee will be saved during a business trip in connection with the performance of official duties.
