January 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has handed over to Armenia 10 Armenians and one Russian (Armenian citizen) who remained in Karabakh, ABC.AZ informs, quoting Armenian Labor & Social Affairs Minister Arsen Torosyan.

The minister stated that they had asked the competent authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan to transport them. Based on those appeals, these persons were brought to Armenia.

In accordance with the written requests and wishes of the Armenians themselves living in Karabakh, conditions were created for their transfer to the territory of Armenia.
