February 11, Fineko/abc.az. In the coming months, the Mygov Business Project will be launched in Azerbaijan in a pilot mode, which will combine public services for entrepreneurs on a single platform.
ABC.AZ informs that Emil Rustamov, the head of the Digital Products Development Department at the Agency for Innovations & Digital Development (IRIA), stated this at the Baku Forum.
According to Rustamov, although organization's main mandate is to digitalize public services, this process is not limited to citizens only: "We understand that entrepreneurs and business entities also need to access government services on one-stop-shop basis. Active work has been underway in this direction for several months, and the Mygov Business platform is being developed. The project is being created jointly with one of the largest IT companies in the world, EPAM."
He noted that at the initial stage, the platform will be presented in a pilot mode, and by the end of the year its functionality will be expanded: "Tax, customs, judicial and other services for entrepreneurs will be provided more conveniently and systematically under the umbrella of a single platform."
