February 16, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2026, according to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 23,523.61 tons of petroleum coke.

The cost of petroleum coke in this volume reached $9.644 million, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee.

This is 6-fold and 23.5-fold more, respectively, than in January 2025.

Over the past month, the share of petroleum coke in country's overall exports made up 0.43%.

This January, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for $3.538 billion, including exports for $2.236 billion and imports for $1.302 billion. Decline of 26.4% recorded on exports and 36.5% on imports.
