February 17, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, 9,965 e-purchases for totally 4.9 bn manats were carried out in Azerbaijan through the state line.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Agency for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision under the Presidential Administration, that the indicator is 11.4% and 1.8% more, respectively, than in 2024.

According to the tenders opened last year, the average number of participants was 3.7 using the open tender method and 3.4 using the request for quotation method, with a total of 3.5.

Compared with the previous year, the average number of participants in public procurement grew by 2.9%.
