February 18, Fineko/abc.az. Within the framework of compulsory medical insurance, the amount of co-financing will be paid from January 1, 2027.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Medical Insurance, discussed at today’s meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Health.

According to the law in force so far, the amount of the co-financing had to be paid on January 1, 2025.

The amount of co-financing is part of the losses or damage incurred as a result of an insured event that is not covered by compulsory medical insurance and is reimbursed by the insured person.
