March 10, Fineko/abc.az. This January, turnover of public catering in Baku totaled 117.7 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Baku City Statistics Department, that this indicator is 10% higher in real terms compared with January 2025.

The turnover of public catering formed by legal entities reached 91.8 million manats (77.9% of overall volume).

In Azerbaijan as a whole, in January of this year, the turnover of public catering increased by 9.6% versus January 2025 and reached 219.2 million manats.
