March 11, Fineko/abc.az. As of March 1, 2026, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan reached 865,400.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Tax Service that compared with early 2026, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan grew by 0.7%.

In 2 months of 2026, the number of active VAT-payers in the country obseved growth by 2.1%, up to 59,600.

As of the specified date, the number of active business entities (facilities) grew by 1.5%, up to 236,400.
