March 13, Fineko/abc.az. The board meeting dedicated to the results of 2025 and the discussion of tasks for 2026 was held at the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

ABC.AZ informs that Finance Minister Hasan Ismayilov said that in 2025, NAR budget revenues, with a forecast of 493.143 million manats, were fulfilled for 450.644 million manats.

As for NAR budget expenditures, with forecast of 505.184 million manats, the actual execution amounted to 445.629 million manats (16.23 million manats more versus 2024). As of January 1, 2026, the balance of budget funds totaled 40.516 million manats.

At the meeting it was also reported that in 2025, a subsidy of 285.713 million manats was provided from Azerbaijan’s centralized expenditures to the NAR budget, but in fact it was fulfilled at the level of 160 million manats.
