Turkey’s export of vegetables to Russia has grown sharply due to situation around Iran

March 16, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 2 weeks, the supply of Turkish vegetables and some fruits to Russia has increased significantly against the background of the situation around Iran.

ABC.AZ informs that according to sources in the export circles of the Mediterranean region of Turkey, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants and citrus fruits are actively shipped from Antalya region to Russia. The increase in demand is linked with the fact that Russia previously purchased significant part of these products from Iran.

Deliveries are carried out by road and sea, there are currently no problems with payment.
