November 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Labour & Social Protection of Azerbaijan is making an Action Plan on the Employment Strategy 2019-25.

According to the Ministry, the Plan will cover works concerning the main directions of the Strategy.

"In particular, the Plan will contain the measures surrounding the policy aimed to develop employment, support micro-, small- and medium-sized businesses, improve the regulatory framework and institutional structure, develop skills of the workforce, and improve labor standards. The Plan will also include the measures aimed at expanding the coverage of active employment measures, strengthening integration of those who need social protection into the labor market, promoting to social dialogue, preventing illegal labor relations, promoting to the system of monitoring and forecasting of the labor market," the MLSP said in a statement.

The Ministry informs that readiness of the Action Plan is scheduled for early 2019.
