November 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered 161,442 property rights for Jan-Oct of the year.

The State Committee on Property Issues reports that this indicator increased by 14.4% versus the 2016 same term.

"At the same time, 48,083 property facilities (29.8%) were registered for the first time and 113,359 ones (70.2%) for the second time. In particular, property rights related to 31,156 private homes, 41,889 apartments, 81,652 land plots, 2,980 nonresidential buildings, 2,869 nonresidential plots, 628 property complexes, 118-apartment buildings, 150 perennial seedlings," the SCPI said in a statement.

The Committee informed that 37.1% of primarily-registered facilities are located in Baku and 62.9% in districts of the country.

"Also, during the reporting period it was privatized 11,275 apartments that is by 30.7% more versus Jan-Oct 2016. So far it has been privatized more than 539,000 apartments," the SCPI said.
