November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Housing buyers in Baku start actively buying apartments in unfinished new building projects.

A Baku housing market source has stated that apartments in unfinished buildings are usually under sale and such housing costs for customers cheaper, that is associated with the level of risk.

"But some buyers prefer to buy apartments in unfinished buildings because of prices. The cost of a sq m of housing in such buildings ranges between AZN 1 000-1 800 and most of those buildings are located in the Nasimi, Khatai, Sabail and Narimanov districts of the capital," the source said.

He added that the cheapest such unfinished buildings are located in Bayilovo settlement, where their value is AZN 1,000-1,400 per sq m and the most expensive ones in Khatai district – AZN 1,350-1,800.
