Housing prices in Baku have fallen

November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for primary and secondary housing in Baku have decreased.

Nusret Ibrahimov, CEO of consulting company MBA Group, has stated that prices in the housing market of the capital in October versus September increased by 0.46% and fell by 9.16% compared to the 2016 same term.

"In the secondary market the housing prices fell by 0.75% in October and by 10.46% versus October 2016, while in the primary market the prices dropped by 0.41% in October and by 4.31% compared to the 2016 same term,” Ibragimov said.

He added that the decline in housing prices is linked with structural changes.
