February 8, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered on the establishment of the Center for Social Research.

The Center will study the dynamics of social relations, define existing trends and predict changes in this area, examine public opinion and conduct social research using modern information technologies and scientific approaches. The Center is a legal entity of public law, presenting the results of scientific and analytical analyses to governmental bodies.

The Presidential Administration is tasked to develop and submit to the head of state the Regulation and the Draft Charter of the Center within two months. The Cabinet Ministers is to resolve other issues arising from this order and the Ministry of Justice will ensure compliance with legal acts and regulations in accord with this order.
