April 18, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with Article 192.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences  and in compliance with the procedure envisaged by the Labour Code of Azerbaijan the individuals will be fined from 1,000 to 2,000 manats, officials from 3,000 to 5,000 manats, and legal entities from 20,000 to 25,000 manats for hiring individuals to nay work by an employer without the entry into force of an employment contract.  

The requirements of the Criminal Code are applied if 10 or more employees are hired without an employment contract.
If the same actions are committed against the taxpayer, then punishment is applied as restriction of liberty for a term of up to 3 years or imprisonment for a term of 3 up to 7 years.
