Major General rank awarded to head of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic’s penitentiary service

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. The rank of Major General has been given to Tofig Hasanov, the head of the penitentiary service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The rank was awarded in compliance with the relevant presidential order signed today.
