Yield of Azerbaijan Central Bank’s short-term notes is stable

December 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan successfully placed short-term notes yesterday.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that the CBA sold the notes with ISIN-code 50100166S, which were offered in the amount of AZN 250 million for the 29-day circulation period.

The 16 bidders submitted 22 orders for purchase of notes for AZN 464.8 million. The bidders gave for the notes from AZN 99.190 (claim for annual yield: 10.14%) up to AZN 99.2004 (10.01%).

Under the CBA decision, the cut-off price, as well as weighted average price, was set at the level of AZN 99.2004 (yield of 10.01%). As a result, the notes were sold for all AZN 250 million.

The CBA registered the notes issue prospectus for AZN 260 million for 2017.
