Azerbaijan exported over 19 million tons of oil for Jan-Nov

December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 11 months of 2017 the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported 19.026 million tons of its oil to world markets.

SOCAR reports that the indicator is by 186,000 tons or 0.09% more than for the 2016 same term.

At that, export from the port of Novorossiysk for Jan-Oct of the year reached 1.407 million tons, from Supsa port 2.28 million tons, and from Ceyhan port 15.338 million tons of profit oil.

Azerbaijan's profit oil Azeri Lt, produced from oilfield block Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli was exported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Batumi and Baku-Supsa oil pipelines.

Profit oil is distributed among the shareholders of the project depending on their equity stakes in the ACG Project.

In 2016 SOCAR exported 20.384 million tons of oil (by 1.612 million tons or 7.4% less than in 2015), in 2015 – 21.996 million tons (by 2.377 million tons or 9.8% less than in 2014), in 2014 – 24.373 million tons (148,000 tons or 0.6% more than in 2013), in 2013 – 24.225 million tons (718 million tons or 2.9% less than in 2012), in 2012 – 24.94 million tons (667 million tons or 9.7% less than in 2011), in 2011 - 27.6 million tons (4.74 million tons or 15% less than 2010), and in 2010 – 32.35 million tons.
