September 12, Fineko/abc.az. The tourist portal TourStat presented the top of the most interesting enogastronomic and wine holidays and festivals of the CIS countries this fall.

TourStat reports that gastronomic trips to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova and Uzbekistan top five of the best autumn enogastronomic tours in the CIS and neighboring countries.

“The top 5 enogastro-events of the CIS and neighboring countries, popular with tourists, include the Telavino festival in Kakheti (Georgia), the Pomegranate Festival in Azerbaijan, the Areni Young Wine Festival in Armenia, National Wine Day in Moldova and the Art of Winemaking festival "in Uzbekistan," the information reads.

The ranking is based on an analysis of the popularity and uniqueness of events.
