November 29 Fineko/abc.az. A mobile version of e-court presented at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.
ABC.AZ reports that at the presentation ceremony, judge Ramin Gurbanov, the head of Justice Ministry’s workgroup on E-Court information system, said that from now on citizens and businesses will be able to use all the features of electronic information judicial system, including the portal for a single trial, using a new mobile app.
Gurbanov added that mobile e-court applications are rare in the world and Europe: "The cause is that development of such software requires a special approach, as well as large intellectual resources."
Mobile E-Court allows submission of statements of claim to courts in e-form from a cell phone, sending of documents, reporting about time and place of trial, receiving e-information on court decisions, obtaining general information about the judge and court, getting acquaintance with statistics of the court.
