Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund authorized capital grew by AZN 71 million

December 17, Fineko/abc.az. The amendments have been made to the Charter of the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the changes were endorsed by a presidential decree.

Under the decree, Fund’s authorized capital is set at the level of AZN 637 million. On 31 September 2019, the MCGF’s authorized capital was AZN 566 million.

Thus, the Fund’s authorized capital will increase by AZN 71 million.

At the end of last year the Fund had an authorized capital of AZN 466 million.
