These entrepreneurs were refused in registration - AQTA chairman’s statement

January 17, Fineko/abc.az. An electronic registration system designed to optimize the registration process and ensure transparency has been created.

ABC.AZ reports the above-mentioned statement was made by Goshgar Tahmazli, the chairman of the Food Safety Agency (AQTA) at a press conference devoted to the results of 2019.

Tahmazli noted that this system has already been introduced throughout the country.

"For the reporting period more than 3,900 meetings with entrepreneurs were arranged. Last year 10,652 requests were received on the issues of registration of food safety of facilities engaged in activities in the field of food products. 405 of them were refused in registration. A positive decision was made on 10,247 facilities and an extract was submitted to the State Register of entities operating in the field of food products".
