January 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has met in Davos with a representative of Swiss Re.

ABC.AZ reports that during the meeting Veronica Scott, chair for public relations at Swiss Re, noted that due to the reforms carried out by the head of state in recent years, Azerbaijan has created good opportunities for the development and improvement of the insurance sector. She noted that the company is ready to contribute to the further development of the insurance market in Azerbaijan.

The sides exchanged views on cooperation with foreign investors, including Swiss Re, which will accelerate the introduction of international experience in this area in Azerbaijan.

Swiss Re is one of the world’s leading companies, specializing mainly in insurance cases in emergency situations and their reinsurance.
